Volt - Fine Dining with Chef Bryan Voltaggio

Volt, located in historic Frederick, Maryland offers guests American cuisine at its finest. Executive Chef Bryan Voltaggio creates sophisticated dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The atmosphere harmonizes with the food, as the setting is both elegant and warm.

Organic Dairy

Volt is located in a spectacular 19th century brownstone mansion. The Main Dining Room, features dark, rustic colors and is reminiscent of the Gilded Era. For private dining, guests are welcome to enjoy their meal in the Chef's Room. Here, a glass enclosed conservatory allows one to have panoramic views of the mansion's garden. Volt also offers a lounge area, overlooking Main Street and is the perfect place for having casual dining experience with friends or unwinding with coworkers after a long day.

Volt's distinctive setting goes perfectly with the menu as it is abundant and impressive. In addition to separate lunch and dinner menus, Volt also has a lounge menu, featuring cocktails, beer, snacks (ever thought kumamoto oysters on the half shell served with a green apple and cucumber sorbet would be considered a snack?), after-dinner drinks, coffee, and even an assortment of fine cigars.

Sustainable Farming

For lunch, one can begin their meal with Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare, served with a yuzu vinegrette or Goat Cheese Ravioli, made with tangy cheese from Cherry Glen Farms and served with butternut squash, mushrooms, and sage brown sugar. For the main course, there are savory dishes, such as Roast Wellington Farm Chicken served beside a mushroom risotto and beets.
